The sources say little about this yet. Everything known is on this page; add to it as the campaign continues.

The Funeral Home is one of Blackice's three operational interfaces, handling not leadership but disposal and erasure among the city's dead. [heralds-b#434 · heralds-b#435]

Overview

It alters death records and can redirect corpses toward Magnus Arcanum rather than let them go through ordinary channels. [heralds-b#434 · heralds-b#435]

Methods

The Funeral Home keeps death records unusually clean — clean enough that they contradict Faith's own registries — and some corpses appear to have been "processed" twice. [heralds-b#435] This is how it operates in practice: "non-problematic" corpses are transferred to Magnus Arcanum for study, while more troublesome remains are redirected elsewhere. [heralds-b#435]

Personnel

An unnamed woman tied to Blackice runs the Funeral Home's funeral and ritual logistics. [heralds-b#444] She is one of only two contacts — alongside the goblins — that the compromised Guard Captain could report to. [heralds-b#444]
