The sources say little about this yet. Everything known is on this page; add to it as the campaign continues.
Crystal Consortium is a business conglomerate whose subsidiary, Alloy and Scrap Ironworks (A&SI), runs the Tin Factory in the Ironwood district. [last-winter#460]
Overview
A&SI, which operates the Tin Factory, is a Crystal Consortium company. [last-winter#460] During a leadership dispute among the factory's goblin workforce, the Consortium was in search of an Advocate to represent its interests. [last-winter#460]
After a murder at the Tin Factory was investigated, the lawyer who handled the case and the mercenary company hired to guard the factory both worked for the same Consortium. [last-winter#541]
Employed forces
The mercenary company Argent Wardens was deployed by the Consortium to protect the Tin Factory following an infiltration attempt. [last-winter#542]

Unconfirmed ideas
The source conversations contain proposals for Crystal Consortium that the campaign owner never confirmed. They are collected on Idea:Crystal Consortium so they cannot be mistaken for canon.
