Leon is a young alchemist rogue and arsonist, a member of the Dark Crescent who set out to avenge his sister's death and now also holds the party responsible for it. [heralds-a#7 · heralds-b#259]
Overview
Leon's sister was burned alive by Grizzleflame (recorded as "Grizzleflare" in one source), and Leon blames the party for failing to save her. [heralds-a#7 · heralds-b#259] He was born near the village of Sunbell. [heralds-a#7] About two years had passed since these events as of the point the sources describe. [heralds-a#7]
Training in Moonward
After his sister's death, Leon traveled to Moonward and became part of the Dark Crescent, where he trained in setting fires -- already an obsession of his -- and became known as an arsonist whose fires are hard to put out. [heralds-a#7] He is an expert arsonist with rogue-like abilities, though the wilderness is not his strongest ground. [heralds-b#259]
The inn fire
Leon burned down the inn where the party was staying; the fire also killed the uncle of a member who had just joined the party. [heralds-a#7] He later attacked the party directly while they were in a tavern, holding Grizzleflame, the goblins, and the party itself all equally responsible for his sister's death. [heralds-b#259]
In play
One member of the party now wants to find and kill Leon. [heralds-a#7]

Unconfirmed ideas
The source conversations contain proposals for Leon that the campaign owner never confirmed. They are collected on Idea:Leon so they cannot be mistaken for canon.
