Power and politics

Aaron wears Levistus's power and brokers pacts on his behalf; his most recent pact was with Grizzleflame. ^{[heralds-a#7]} Grizzleflame's pact was sealed by Aaron rather than by Levistus himself, though the power behind it is Levistus's and it has made Grizzleflame a formidable opponent. ^{[owner-form-2026-09-17 · heralds-b#257]} The ice devil Glaciaron Frostbinder manages contracts on Levistus's behalf. ^{[heralds-b#164]}

History

Levistus has, at least once, returned a bound soul from Hell on the condition of silence: when the adventurer Faetheus died, Levistus sent his soul back with a soul cleaver weapon. ^{[last-winter#288]}
