Moonward Duchy is one of two influential duchies of the Velfald region, with its capital at Moonward. [last-winter#7 · last-winter#382]

Overview

The duchy was originally named the Duchy of Silvermere and was later renamed Moonward. [last-winter#11] The county of Graymond, seat of a very large city, lies within Moonward Duchy. [last-winter#19]

The Winter War

During the Winter War, a group of elves who had escaped an ambush fled south into the lands of Moonward. [heralds-b#257] Moonward soldiers, together with Legion forces, have long held the cliffs near Rosereach against the Winter Forces. [last-winter#779]
