History

After losing their front at Grayhost, the Spring Elves turned to full guerrilla warfare, resolving to fight as long as the last tree stood; they now hold only small teams for harassment, sabotage, and raids. ^{[heralds-b#40 · heralds-b#41]} During this guerrilla campaign they retreated into Iceverf. ^{[heralds-b#148]}

In play

At the table, the Spring Elves' withdrawal into Iceverf's borders followed lost ground against the Winter Elves; their presence adds a resource burden to Iceverf but also brings it allied military strength. ^{[heralds-b#165 · heralds-b#170]}
