first cited: [last-winter#183]

Tincrabs is a small goblin organization that lives among the slums and garbage heaps of Iceverf, buying and selling salvaged goods at rock-bottom prices without concern for whether the merchandise is stolen. [last-winter#183 · last-winter#187]

Overview

The Tincrabs operate out of the poorer, refuse-strewn quarters of Iceverf, scavenging and trading in cheap goods and openly accepting stolen property in their deals. [last-winter#183 · last-winter#187] Its members are goblins, a trait fixed after the organization's final name and character were set. [last-winter#185 · last-winter#188]

Location

The Tincrabs are based in Iceverf, specifically in the Pighook District, the city's slum area. [heralds-b#164] An earlier association of the group with Snakecross was corrected: the Tincrabs (along with Blackice) belong to Iceverf, not Snakecross. [last-winter#376]

Unconfirmed ideas

The source conversations contain proposals for Tincrabs that the campaign owner never confirmed. They are collected on Idea:Tincrabs so they cannot be mistaken for canon.
