The Arbiter of Timbermire is a bureaucratic authority of the Magnus Arcanum holding administrative power over Timbermire. [heralds-b#200]
Overview
The Arbiter is the office responsible for the transfer of important Arcanum talismans to the Imperial capital once war begins. [heralds-b#200 · heralds-b#202]
With the Empire's central administration weakened, the Arbiter permits talismans deemed unimportant to be used in the war effort, while talismans deemed important are to be moved to the capital by magical or physical means. [heralds-b#200]
As soon as the war starts, the Arbiter will return to the Aenarch Empire, leaving the conduct of the war itself to the Archmagus. [heralds-b#202]
