Help:Owner rulings
Help page
More actions
This page records the decisions the campaign owner has made about the world and about this wiki. These rulings outrank the transcripts. Where a page once said something else, it now says what is written here, and the old reading is either gone or marked as history.
Cite a ruling as {{Src|owner-form-2026-09-17}}.

Answered by Berkay Seyhan, campaign owner and game master, through the decision form.
The wiki
- The wiki is called Aenarch Memorium.
- It is written entirely in English.
- Canon is his alone to decide. Anyone may write; he rules.
- Unconfirmed proposals from the source conversations do not belong on canon pages. They are collected in the Idea: namespace.
- Players will read this wiki, so secrets stay in the GM: namespace, closed to them.
- Anyone with the link may read; editing is invite-only.
- Game mechanics stay out of the lore pages, in the Mechanic: namespace. The system is D&D 5e (2014) — see Mechanic:System.
- The campaign log is kept chronologically.
The world
| Ruling | Effect on this wiki |
|---|---|
| Rosereach and Deadreach are two subjects — the city before the catastrophe, and what it is now | Two pages, each linking to the other |
| Timbermire is the spelling | "Timbermere" redirects here |
| Velfald Regency is the title | bare "Velfald" redirects here |
| Graymond is the spelling | "Greymond" redirects here |
| House Rosemint is the name | "House Rosamendus" redirects here |
| Para-Elemental Plane of Ooze is the title | "Vrael Olo" and "Swamp of Oblivion" redirect here |
| Draven Nightshade is not Draven — a different person | separate subjects; what little is known about Nightshade is marked as an open question |
| Frelya Ursa is the matriarch's sister, not the matriarch | corrected |
| Seren Frostbloom is a daughter | corrected |
| Vaelis Ledgerhand is undead — a dead paladin | corrected |
| Seraphina Stormwatch was Regent of Velfald first, then Timbermire | both, in that order |
| Altia is a Regency | corrected |
| Moonward Duchy belongs to House Moonveil | corrected |
| The Knight is real: a figure worshipped within Aenism | page created |
| Grizzleflame's pact: Aaron is the pact-maker, and Aaron serves Levistus | corrected; they are not the same being |
| Pighook is one place, not two | merged |
| The Owlin High Judge of Moonward has a secret true name and nature | the canon page says only that his name is not public; the rest is in the GM namespace |
| Blackice vs Black Ice: left to the wiki | kept as Blackice (the sources use it 390 times to 72); "Black Ice" redirects |
The party
Heralds of the Cycle — see Heralds of the Cycle.
| Character | Player | Class | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucerion | Tolunay | Ex-Paladin | Alive |
| Elnaril | Cankut | Ranger (Hunter) | Alive |
| Nycoris | Alp | Fighter (Scofflaw) | Alive |
| Scuto | Yalçın | Monk (Way of the Long Death) | Alive |
| Mila | NPC | Sorcerer (Wild Magic) | Alive |
"Nico" in the transcripts is Nycoris.
What he asked for next
- Aenarch Empire — first priority
- Aenism — the faith and its gods
- Cultures of Aenarch — "not everyone is the same"
- The Six Pillars — the six pillars that rule the empire
The sources barely touch the Six Pillars and do not describe a culture system at all. Those two pages exist as frames with their gaps marked; they need him, not the transcripts.
Still open
- He says there are many more contradictions, and that he does not have every NPC name to hand.
- There is a Discord channel with further material, to be added later.
