Gavrim held no title and no magical power, yet the people of the city treated him as their real leader, asking his opinion and seeking his counsel. ^{[last-winter#507]} He wandered the streets himself, plain rod and fine clothes in hand, stopping to ask people how they were doing and helping with their problems. ^{[last-winter#507]} He was also remembered as a close friend of the Silver Dragon and a beloved leader of Moonward. ^{[last-winter#510 · last-winter#512 · last-winter#514]}

History
