Guard Captain
RoleCaptain of the city guard
GM canon
first cited: [heralds-b#444]

The Guard Captain is a captain of the city guard who fled after the party uncovered a hidden tunnel beneath Iceverf leading toward the old ruins. [heralds-b#444]

Overview

Players, stop here. What is hidden behind this point is game-master material. The full detail is on GM:Guard Captain.

The tunnel and the flight

While the party searched a raided den tied to Blackice, they found a hidden switch behind a painting that opened a lock-like mechanism into the prisoner cells, revealing a man-made tunnel running beneath the city walls toward Old Iceverf. [heralds-b#444] As the party pressed further into the newly found passage and ruins, the Guard Captain said he needed to report what they had found, and fled. [heralds-b#444]

Reporting options

With Crowcoin missing, the Guard Captain has no one left he can tell about the discovery except the goblins or the woman of the Funeral Home. [heralds-b#444]
